What the service is and what it costs
By placing an order you accept these conditions without reservation.
Displayed prices include all taxes and are charged in full at the time of order. Nothing renews automatically.

These Terms of Service govern all relations between Q4TV and its customers regarding access to premium media streaming services. By placing an order, you accept these conditions without reservation.
2. Service Description
Q4TV offers access to over 79,000 content sources and 249,000 on-demand titles, including live TV channels, movies, series, sports, and documentaries. The service is accessible on all compatible devices (Smart TV, smartphones, tablets, computers, TV boxes).
3. Pricing and Payment
Displayed prices are in euros and include all taxes. Payment is made in full at the time of order. We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. No hidden fees or automatic renewal.
Activation, guarantees and how you may use it
Access is activated immediately after payment clears, and credentials reach you within minutes.
A 15-day satisfaction guarantee applies from the date of activation.
4. Activation and Delivery
Your access is activated immediately after payment validation. Your login credentials are sent by email and Telegram within 5 minutes of confirmation. Free installation of the IBO Pro Player app is included.

7. Service Usage
Q4TV access is strictly personal. Sharing your credentials is prohibited. Depending on your plan, you can use the service on 1 to 2 screens simultaneously. Any abusive use may result in suspension of your access.

Q4TV reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the site. We will inform you of any major changes by email.
10. Applicable Law
These conditions are governed by the law applicable in the customer's country of residence. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
